Stuart leads the business unit responsible for BMC’s Digital Service and Operations Management solutions for organizations operating in the Asia Pacific region. Stuart and his team are driving the adoption of key BMC innovations including BMC Helix (the converged ITSM & ITOM platform), AIOps, self-service suites, enterprise automation, SaaS, and more. With customer environments getting more complex, more critical, less observable, the BMC team is challenging the way customers work: how they use systems, data, and processes to predict, detect, and react to issues impacting services.
