Michael is currently the Head of IT Operations and Systems in The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where he oversees daily IT Operations and Technology Infrastructure provisioning for the club. He is also responsible for the ongoing BAU operations of the traditional Information Technology Infrastructure Library towers as well as the modernisation of the service offerings including operations automation, standardised service offerings, consumption based charging and setting the platform for developments.

Michael is a seasoned IT professional and possesses solid experience in running large scale IT operations and infrastructure service delivery. He has over 25 years’ experience of enterprise technology operations in Financial, Transportation and Technology companies, including Cathay Pacific & Swire group.
