About James Podsiadly:
James Podsiadly Is the founder and CEO of AFL Max, and a former AFL player with Geelong and Adelaide. Drafted to Geelong at 28yrs old, ‘Pods’ had a less than traditional pathway into AFL. The process saw Pods gain a great understanding and appreciation for strong leadership, teamwork and personal resilience. With an education background in Exercise Science and Business Management, in addition to his AFL playing and coaching career, he learnt firsthand how important leadership, team development and strategy is to successful organisations.
