Amy Pitcher is a Principal Solution Engineer specializing in Digital Service Management. In this role she is responsible for helping both current and potential customers, and our partners, on the technical aspect of BMC Service Management solutions. Her technical specialization includes assisting customers with cloud migration strategies.

Prior to BMC, Amy lead technical and architecture teams for several large enterprises in the Seattle area. Her 25 years of experience, working at and with some of the largest enterprises in North America, provides her a unique perspective and value to BMC and our customers.
