What is the dress code while at the briefing?

Business casual is appropriate at the briefing and welcome reception/dinner.

Do I need to bring my luggage with me to the briefing?

If you are scheduled for departure after the briefing, please check out of the hotel and bring your luggage with you to BMC. Please see a team member if you need access to the secure luggage area at any time during the briefing.

Is there a private location at BMC where I can take a call or return emails if needed?

Yes, of course! Please use one of the private telephone booths reserved for customer use.
