- If you are checking out on Tuesday, you will need to bring your luggage with you on the bus so that it can be stored in the Executive Briefing Center.

Parking: 2103 Garage - Guest Parking Entrance
From Beltway. 8 N:
- Turn left on Westheimer
- Pass under Beltway 8
- At the second stoplight, take a right on CityWest Blvd.
- Turn right on Private Drive (it is immediately after Phillips 66 campus) and the parking garage will be the last building on the left
- You will pass the 2103 Garage Employee Parking entrance and turn left into the 2103 Garage Guest Parking entrance
- Check in at the security guard booth and you will be directed to guest parking
- Enter building 4 and stop at the front security desk for directions to the Executive Briefing Center
From I-10:
- Take Beltway 8 South
- Exit Deerwood Dr. / Briar Forest Dr.
- Stay on feeder road past Briar Forest and Del Monte Dr.
- Take the next right onto Private Dr. (you will see CityWest Place and BMC sign at the corner)
- Take an immediate right into the 2103 Garage Guest Parking entrance
- Check in at the security guard booth and you will be directed to guest parking
- Enter building 4 and stop at the front security desk for directions to the Executive Briefing Center
