Q: What is the recommended attire?
A: Business casual is appropriate throughout the week. We recommend a light sweater or jacket during the event, as meeting rooms tend to be cold.
Q: When do I need to arrive and depart?

Q: Will transportation be provided to/from the airport to the hotel?
A: No. Ground transportation will not be provided. You must make your own transportation arrangements should be made on own using Super Shuttle, Uber, Lyft or via taxi. Sharing transportation with your colleagues is recommended. Estimated fares range between $35.00 - $45.00 depending upon transportation service.
Q: I would like to extend my stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. What should I do?
A: If you wish to stay additional nights outside of the approved arrival and departure dates, please extend those dates on your hotel reservation form. Please note that charges associated with additional nights will be at your own expense.
Q: How do I expense my hotel charges?
A: The nights of Sales Kickoff, as noted in the travel guidelines, will be paid by BMC directly as part of the event. Only the room rate, taxes, and the resort fee will be paid. You will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals incurred during your stay. You can expense allowable charges, noting project code: STE-FY26 SKO, Task 1.0 in the expense report.
If you extend your stay, you will be required to pay for those room nights on your own.
Q: I need to apply for a visa to travel to the United States. What should I do?
A: Employees should work with the preferred TMC for their country to obtain any required passports/visas.
