The nights of Monday, April 14 check-in through Thursday, April 17 check-out will be paid by BMC directly as part of the event.  Only the room rate, taxes, and the resort fee will be paid.  You will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals incurred during your stay.  You can expense allowable charges, noting project code: STE-FY26 SKO in the expense report.

Please Note: If you would like to stay additional nights outside of the approved arrival and departure dates those nights, and any related expenses will be at your own expense.

If you wish to extend your stay, BMC’s discounted room rate: $289.00/night (plus tax of 13.38% (subject to change, and a  $30 daily resort fee)  

A $150.00 deposit per night will be authorized on your credit card to cover incidental expenses upon check-in. Any unused funds will be credited to your card upon check-out. 

Cancellations must be received by 3:00 PM PT at least three days before the reservation arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.  

If you check out prior to the reserved checkout date, Fontainebleau Las Vegas will add an early checkout fee of $75.00 to your folio.
